Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.)

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:
- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided you ordered one or more items as part of a single order and they are delivered together;
- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item, provided you ordered multiple items as part of a single order and they were delivered separately;
- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided you ordered goods that are delivered in multiple partial shipments or pieces.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (synchrone, Boulevard du Général de Gaulle, 110, 92380, Garches, France, E-mail: synchroneofficial@gmail.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.
For this repayment, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back and have verified that they are in perfect condition.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.
If the returned goods show damages, dents, or other defects beyond normal inspection, an appropriate amount will be deducted from the refund. The refund will therefore only be partial, depending on the loss of value of the goods.
Please note that removing the hangtag is considered damage to the goods. Once the hangtag is removed, the product can no longer be regarded as unused, which results in a depreciation.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a manner not necessary for checking the condition, properties, and functionality of the goods.
Important Additional Notes on Refunds and Return Costs:
- Refunds: We can only process refunds once the returned goods have arrived in perfect condition and have been checked.
- Return Costs: The return shipping costs are to be borne by you. The amount depends on the respective country and the selected shipping method.
Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
- for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would quickly be exceeded;
- for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the delivery of goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature after delivery.
